1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which include online and offline coaching, we do not offer any refunds once a purchase has been made. All payments for coaching services are final.

2. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon completing the purchase of any of our digital marketing coaching services, whether online or offline, you will immediately gain access to course materials, resources, and sessions. By enrolling, you agree to this no-refund policy. We strongly recommend you review course details thoroughly before enrolling.

3. Course Cancellations or Postponements by OneHope

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course, we will notify you promptly via the email address provided during enrollment. In such cases, we will offer an alternative course date or provide access to an equivalent course, based on your preference. No refunds will be provided, but we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

4. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, we may allow you to transfer to a different session, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the session. Transfer requests are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee availability for all dates.
